DUAL PROCESS DIRECT FIRED THERMAL OXIDIZER
This animation details the operations of a 25,000 SCFM Duel Process Direct Fired Thermal Oxidizer. DFTOs (also called Afterburners) have low capital costs, and low installation and maintenance costs, and are effective for high VOC concentrations, yielding a DRE of 99.99%+.
MULTI-ZONE CONVEYORIZED OVEN
This oven doubles processing capacity in your single manufacturing line and features Dual Lanes with both Exterior and Interior Curing Oven with a separate Cooling Zone. A wide range of system customizations, from overhead conveyors, wire mesh belts, pusher-dog chain assemblies to specialty racks and hanging fixtures.
RECUPERATIVE THERMAL OXIDIZER
This 2,500 SCFM Recuperative Thermal Oxidizer animation demonstrates how the airflows pass through the shell and tube heat exchangers. The Recuperative technology is suitable for low VOC concentrations and processes requiring 24-hour operation, and can achieve thermal efficiency up to 97% and have a DRE of 99%.
DIRECT FIRED THERMAL OXIDIZER
How does a Direct Fired Thermal Oxidizer (DFTO) breakdown air pollution and remove emissions from process air? DTFOs are ideal solutions for high solvent loading and fluctuating operating conditions. We Specialize in custom modular units for stationary sources as well as trailer-mounted applications for the field and temporary solutions.
